Contractors must meet ALL of the following minimum requirements to be considered:

• A minimum of 3 years general contracting experience in performing repairs and capital improvements on residential properties.
• Valid license(s) as required by federal, state, or local laws.
• General Liability Insurance per the requirements listed here.
• Workers Compensation Insurance per the requirements listed here.
• Financially able to carry repair costs for 30 days before reimbursement (approx. $42,000 per job).
• Lead-Based Paint Certificate preferred, but not required.
